The ENOSIGN 65 stainless steel gas plancha by ENO with lid combines contemporary design, cooking performance and practical everyday protection. Its marine-grade 304L stainless steel body offers excellent corrosion resistance, making it ideal for regular outdoor use, including by the sea.
Its enamelled cast iron cooking plate ensures even heat distribution for precise cooking of meat, fish, vegetables or seafood. The 2 high-efficiency circular cast iron burners provide fast heat-up, with temperature control from 150 to 360°C. Its double-wall construction limits heat loss and allows up to 20% energy savings.
The included stainless steel lid effectively protects the cooking plate from dust, leaves, weather and UV rays. It features an insulated aluminium handle and soft-close hinges for smooth opening and closing. It can also be used to keep food warm, but must not be used as a cooking lid. The gas regulator and hose are not included.
